Apex Racing Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a safe, structured, and educational motorsports facility in Duchesne County, Utah. We're not just building a racetrack — we're building a long-term community resource.
This initiative was founded to meet a growing need in our region: a place where young drivers can learn safely, law enforcement can train effectively, and families can engage in something bigger than themselves. Apex brings motorsports, mentorship, and community collaboration together in one rural setting, designed with intention from the ground up.
Our foundation is guided by local leadership, built in partnership with public safety professionals, and rooted in the belief that the best way to shape the future is by investing in the people who live it every day — especially the next generation.
The Apex track will include a 1/4-mile drag strip, a dirt oval, and a motocross course — with plans to expand as the Foundation grows. These facilities will support youth development programs, first responder training, and recreational events designed to inspire pride, purpose, and community involvement.
This isn’t just about racing. It’s about direction, opportunity, and creating a space where everyone — especially rural youth — can belong, learn, and lead.
Apex Racing Foundation exists to create and manage safe, community-focused motorsports experiences. Our mission is to promote youth engagement, driver education, public safety, accessible and inclusive racing events across the state.
Empowering the next generation of racers and promoting safe, legal opportunities and supporting educational and recreational events throughout Utah.
